Per-seat vs. company-wide pricing: which plan fits

Updated October 2026 5 min read

Basic and Pro charge the same amount for every seat, within a seat limit. Business charges one amount for the first 100 seats, then a lower amount for each seat after that. Business becomes the cheaper plan per seat from about 105 seats, and it is the only plan that goes to 500. Above 500, or for anything outside the list, there is a Custom plan, made by offer.

Plan Seats Price As you grow
Basic 1 to 25 €5 / seat / month, or €50 / seat / year Linear: every seat costs the same
Pro 1 to 99 €10 / seat / month, or €96 / seat / year Linear; the yearly price is €8 a month
Business 100 to 500 €9,900 / year for the first 100 seats, then €30 per seat for seats 101 to 250 and €25 per seat for seats 251 to 500 Flat to seat 100, cheaper per seat as you grow
Custom Any number Whatever the offer says Made by offer only; it is never in the shop

Per seat: Basic and Pro

Every seat on Basic or Pro costs the same, so the total scales with headcount: simple to reason about, and the right shape for a team that is still growing. Each plan has a seat limit. If you ask for more seats than the plan allows, the order is refused with a sentence that names the next plan ("Basic is for up to 25 seats. Choose Pro.", "Pro is for up to 99 seats. Choose Business."). Going to a plan with fewer seats than you have is refused until you have reduced them: a 40-seat Pro workspace cannot move to Basic until it has 25.

Adding seats is instant and charged right away; removing seats takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and never drops below the seats actually in use or the plan's own minimum. A subscription keeps the price it was sold at until it changes plan.

Company-wide: Business

Business is sold from 100 seats: €9,900 a year covers the first 100, each seat from 101 to 250 is €30 a year, and each seat from 251 to 500 is €25 a year. A seat is charged at the rate of its own band, so adding the 251st seat never makes the first 250 cheaper or dearer.

Seats Basic Pro Business
25 €1,250 €2,400 –
99 – €9,504 –
100 – – €9,900
250 – – €14,400
400 – – €18,150
500 – – €20,650

Yearly prices. A dash means the plan does not go that high. Pro's limit of 99 seats is always a step up to Business: from 100 seats Business costs €9,900, where Pro would cost €9,600.

What each plan includes

Calls, mail, calendar, contacts, rooms, notes, chat, documents in the browser and work items as a list are in every plan, and so is installing signed apps. The rest is by plan:

Basic Pro Business
Kanban boards and projects No Yes Yes
WebDAV, office editing in the browser, print templates and your own branding No Yes Yes
Personal access tokens Contact and calendar sync only All scopes All scopes
Building apps (publisher keys and certificates, publishing) No Yes Yes
App Studio No Add-on Included
Largest single file 64 MB 1 GB 16 GB
Deleted files and folders can be restored for 30 days 60 days 120 days
Backup Weekly Weekly; daily snapshots with the add-on Weekly; daily snapshots, 100 GB included

The weekly backup is made by us and restored by our team on request; up to a week of changes can be lost in a restore. Deleted files and folders sit in the Deleted items of their folder for the time shown, with their history. Deleted notes are not kept.

When a workspace moves to a plan without a feature, nothing is deleted: boards and projects become inaccessible and their work items are unlinked from the projects (recorded, so upgrading can relink them), tokens with scopes the plan lacks stop working, and apps already installed keep running.

Add-ons

Add-ons are bought per workspace, billed as extra lines of the same invoice and renewed with the plan. App Studio is €9 a month or €90 a year on Pro and is included in Business. Storage comes in blocks of 100 GB or 1 TB on Pro and Business, and the backup add-on (daily snapshots, retention up to 180 days) is sold in blocks of 100 GB of backup; Business includes one. Removing an add-on takes effect at the end of the period.

How a mid-period change is charged

A seat added partway through a billing period is not charged for the whole period, only for the time left in it, by the hour, rounded to the cent. Add 10 seats on Pro with 100 days left in the year and you are charged 10 seats × (100⁄365 of the yearly rate), not the full year. You see the exact amount before you confirm the change.

Outside these numbers: a custom offer

More than 500 seats, a longer contract, or payment terms past 30 days are outside what any plan sells off the shelf. That is a custom offer, negotiated with our team. Each offer copies its terms at the moment it is accepted: a later change to the price list never reaches a subscription or offer that already exists.
